Free Standard Shipping on all orders above ₹1500! For orders below ₹1500, a flat shipping charge of ₹80 applies. We believe good craft should reach you without unnecessary extra cost.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

For made-to-order or customised items (stitching, blouse fall, etc.), please allow an additional 3–5 business days for preparation before dispatch.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Delivery timelines start from the dispatch date, not the order date.

We ship via reputed courier partners including Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, and India Post depending on your location and delivery preference. The courier is assigned automatically for the fastest service in your area.

Cash on DeliveryHow COD works at Loom Indica

COD is available across India for orders up to ₹5,000. An additional COD handling fee of ₹60 applies, which covers the cost of cash collection by our courier partner.

Token Amount for COD Orders

To reduce order cancellations and ensure our artisans are fairly compensated, COD orders above ₹1,500 require a token advance of ₹200 to be paid online at the time of placing the order.

This token amount is fully adjusted against your total order value — you only pay the remaining balance on delivery. The token is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after dispatch.

COD Available For

All orders below ₹5,000 across India. Please have exact change ready for the courier at the time of delivery.

COD Not Available For

Orders above ₹5,000, personalised / stitched items, and orders to certain remote PIN codes where COD isn't supported by our courier.

Returns Policy7-day return window

We want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Please read the conditions below carefully.

Items Eligible for Return

Items that qualify for return must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 7 calendar days of delivery date
  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and polybag are intact
  • Return is accompanied by the original invoice
  • Return request was raised via our website or customer support before sending the item back

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us First

Email us at Loomindicaa@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8010666345 within 7 days. Please share your Order ID and the reason for return along with clear photos of the item.

Get Return Approval

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and send you a Return Authorisation along with the return shipping address.

Pack & Ship the Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Ship it to the provided address via any reputed courier. Please use a trackable shipping service — Loom Indica is not responsible for items lost in transit during return.

Quality Check & Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually 2–3 days), we will process your refund or exchange as requested.

Return Shipping Cost: Customers bear the return shipping cost. A ₹50 quality-handling deduction is applied on the refund amount for all returns (except in cases of defective or wrong items).

Size & Colour Exchanges

We offer one-time free exchange if you'd like a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability. The item must meet all return eligibility criteria above.

To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery. If the requested size or colour is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or full refund instead.

Exchanges for a different product (not same item, different size/colour) are not directly offered — you would need to return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Wrong ItemsWe take full responsibility

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item — we sincerely apologise. We take full responsibility and will resolve this at absolutely no cost to you, including return shipping.

What to Do

Please do not return the item yet. Instead:

  1. Take clear photographs of the damaged / wrong item including the packaging.
  2. Email us at Loomindicaa@gmail.com with your Order ID and photos within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Our team will arrange pickup at our cost and send a replacement or full refund within 3–5 business days.

Non-Returnable ItemsPlease read before ordering

The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene, customisation, or the handmade nature of the product:

  • Stitched or customised garments (blouses, petticoats, altered items)
  • Items purchased during flash sales or marked as "Final Sale"
  • Yardage / fabric by the metre (cut fabric)
  • Items with broken or missing original tags or tampered packaging
  • Items returned after the 7-day window has passed
  • Items that show signs of use, wash, or damage not present at time of delivery
Natural colour variation, slight irregularities in weave, or minor differences from product photographs are inherent characteristics of handmade textiles and are not grounds for return or exchange.

Important Refund Notes

Refunds are initiated from our end within 2 business days of approving the returned item. The time to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

For COD refunds, please share your bank account details (account number, IFSC, and account holder name) with our support team. We do not process COD refunds in cash.

If you haven't received your refund after the estimated period, please check with your bank first. If the issue persists, write to us at Loomindicaa@gmail.com.
